How Get the Jersey works
We index 98 specialist dealers and compare their listings by size, condition and item price - 66,279 listings in stock across 604 clubs. We sell nothing ourselves. You buy from the dealer.
How the comparison works
Data, pricing and how we earn →Find the shirt
Search by club, season and kit, or start from a club page. Each entry is a shirt model, drawn as a catalogue illustration, not a single item for sale.
Compare listings
Every listing is an actual shirt at a dealer: size, condition as graded by the dealer, item price. Filter by size and price, or set an alert for what is missing.
Buy from the dealer
You buy on the dealer’s site, where photos, shipping and any additional charges are shown. We have no cart and no checkout.
Condition scale explained
Dealers grade condition differently — some use a 1–10 score, others use words like "good" or "worn", others a single phrase. We translate all of them into eight consistent grades so you can compare across dealers. If a dealer only says "used" or "worn", we show exactly that and no grade.
Each grade is defined by what wear is visible on the shirt — not by its history or how it was stored. The listing is what matters.
The grade is the dealer's own statement, translated into our scale. We don't inspect the shirts ourselves.
| Our grade | Dealers write, for example |
|---|---|
| New with tags Unworn, with the original tags still attached. |
BNWT · BNIB · New with tags · Neu mit Etikett · Deadstock |
| New Unworn, but without tags. |
New · Neu · Unworn · Ungetragen |
| Like new Described by the dealer as mint or as new. It may have been worn, so we don't list it as new. |
Mint · As new · Comme neuf |
| Excellent Worn, with hardly any visible signs of use. |
9/10 · 10/10 · Excellent · Ausgezeichnet · Hervorragend · Excelente |
| Very good Light signs of wear, no visible damage. |
8/10 · Very good · Sehr gut · Très bon · Top Zustand |
| Good Clear signs of wear, such as light pilling or a faded print, but no real damage. |
7/10 · Good · Gut · Bueno · Bon état |
| Fair Heavily worn; may have small marks or stains. |
5/10 · 6/10 · Fair · Acceptable |
| Poor Damaged: holes, tears, large stains or repairs. |
1/10 · 4/10 · Poor · Schlecht · Damaged · Beschädigt · Defekt |
| Used, grade not stated The dealer says the shirt is used or worn but gives no grade. We don't guess one; the photos and the dealer's description tell you more. |
Used · Worn · Usado |
Data, pricing and how we earn
Dealer data updated 3 h agoWhat we compare
Original vintage shirts as listed by specialist dealers. Each listing is one actual shirt with the size, the condition grade and the item price the dealer publishes. Prices in other currencies are converted at ECB reference rates and marked ≈; the dealer's own price stands next to it.
What we don't do
We don't sell shirts, hold stock or run a checkout. We don't calculate shipping, taxes or duties; the dealer shows them. We don't inspect items: “original” and the condition grade are the dealer's statements, not a verification by us.
Where the data comes from
We read the public product pages of the dealers we index, at most one request a second per dealer, with an identified user agent and robots.txt respected. We store the facts - title, price, size, availability, link - and never the dealer's photos or description texts. Club, season, kit and size are derived automatically and can be wrong; the dealer's listing is authoritative.
Clubs and shirts
The archive is organised by club, then by season and kit: home, away, third and goalkeeper shirts are separate entries. A shirt stays in the archive when no dealer lists it, with the dealer where we last saw it, so you can watch for it. Where a club's league is not confirmed in our data, the club is listed under its country only.
Alerts
A club watch covers all of a club's shirts, or only the kits, seasons and sizes you choose, including shirts added to the archive later. A shirt alert covers one model. Both can wait for new listings or for an item price at or below your limit. You confirm the address once and every e-mail carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
How we earn
If a dealer pays a commission for a purchase that started here, that is our income. It never changes the price you pay and never changes the order of listings: sorting is by item price, and the lowest matching price is always shown first. Which dealers pay is on their dealer page and in the affiliate disclosure.
The drawings
Every shirt is shown as our own catalogue illustration of the design, not a photo of the item for sale. Checked drawings reproduce the cut, collar and pattern of the model; where a drawing has not been checked yet, a colourway sketch from the club's recorded colours stands in and is labelled as such. Crests, sponsors, maker marks, names and numbers are never drawn.
Dealers
Being indexed is not a partnership or an endorsement, and no dealer can pay for a better position. Any dealer can have its listings removed on the For dealers page - a request from an address on the dealer's own domain takes effect immediately.
